Make Your Mark
Rosemary Maple Sour
Ingredients:
- 1½ oz Maker's Mark Bourbon
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Maple Syrup
- 1 sprig Rosemary
Maker's Mark Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Maker's Mark Bourbon
- Splash Water
- 2 Dashes Bitters
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Orange
- Maraschino Cherries
Directions:
Classic Old Fashioned: Dissolve or muddle sugar with a splash of water in an Old Fashioned glass. Fill glass ¾ full of ice. Add Maker's Mark Bourbon and bitters and stir. Garnish with orange slice and maraschino cherry.
Muddled Old Fashioned: Muddle sugar, bitters, orange, cherry and water in an Old Fashioned glass. Remove the orange rind and fill glass ¾ full of ice. Add Maker's Mark Bourbon and stir.
Maker's Paper Plane
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Maker's Mark Bourbon
- 1 oz Aperol
- 1 oz Amaro
- 1 oz Lime Juice
Maker's Penicillin
Ingredients:
- 2 Parts Maker's Mark Bourbon
- ½ Part Laphroaig Scotch Whisky
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Honey Syrup
- 1 disk Ginger
- Candied Ginger
Directions:
To make honey syrup, add 2 parts honey to 1 part hot water. Mix until honey dissolves into a syrupy consistency. Add additional honey to taste.
Muddle ginger in shaker and then add Maker’s Mark, juice, honey syrup and ice.
Shake well and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Top with Laphroaig.
Garnish with candied ginger.

Maker's Mark Mint Julep
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Maker's Mark Bourbon
- 1 Sprig Mint
- 2 tbsp Simple Syrup
- 1 Splash Water
- 1 Pinch Powdered Sugar
- 1 Sprig Mint
Directions:
Mix together simple syrup muddled with mint, Maker's Mark Bourbon and distilled water. Fill glass with crushed ice and pour mixture over top. Sprinkle top of ice with powdered sugar. Garnish with a mint sprig.
*Simple syrup: 1 cup granulated sugar and 1 cup distilled water. Heat to dissolve sugar, stirring constantly so the sugar does not burn. Set aside to cool.
