Creamy Cocktails
Coco Puff
Ingredients:
- 1½ oz Vespertino
- ¾ oz Vodka
- ¾ oz Crème De Cacao
- Garnish Cinnamon
Directions:
Serve over ice in rocks glass. Garnish with cinnamon.
Kentucky Coffee
Ingredients:
- 1 Part Maker's Mark Bourbon
- 1 Part Irish Cream
- 1 Splash Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur
- Coffee
- Whipped Cream
Directions:
Fill a mug half way with hot coffee and pour in Maker's Mark Bourbon and Frangelico Liqueur. Add cream liqueur and top off with a dollop of whipped cream.
Pecan Pie Martini
Ingredients:
- 6 oz Rumchata
- 3 oz Bourbon
- 3 oz Coconut Cream
- 3 tbsp Caramel
- 1/4 cup Nutmeg
- Cinnamon
- Whipped Cream
Directions:
SERVES 3
1. Place caramel and toasted chopped pecans on separate small shallow plates. Dip the rim of each glass first into the caramel syrup and then into chopped pecans to coat.
2. Combine Rumchata, coconut cream, and bourbon in a large cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake until cold, 30 seconds. Pour into martini glasses and top with a dollop of whipped cream, a whole pecan, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serves 3.
Baileys Hot Co-Co Bay
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur
- 1 oz Coconut Rum
- 1 oz Hot Chocolate
Directions:
1. Add Baileys Original Irish Cream and Coconut Rum and hot chocolate in a heat-proof glass.
2. Enjoy!
Almond White Russian
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka
- .5 oz Amaretto Disaronno
- 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
- .5 Half And Half
Directions:
Build in a rocks glass over ice.
