The Three Guarantees
Ingredients:
- 2 Parts Gran Centenario Reposado
- 3/4 Part Lime Juice
- 3/4 Part Orange Juice
- 3/4 Part Cinnamon Syrup
- 1/4 Part Allspice Dram
- 2 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake.
Strain into hurricane glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and Ceylon cinnamon stick.
