Rosemary Paloma Sour

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Tequila
  • 1oz Lime Juice
  • 1/2oz Rosemary Simple Syrup
  • 3/4oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Egg White

Directions:

In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients and dry shake. Then add ice and shake again. Serve in a coup glass with a rosemary spring garnish.

Rosemary syrup: simmer equal parts of sugar and water with a few rosemary springs for 5-10 minutes. Let cool completely before using.
