Ingredients:

Directions:

1. Shake the rum, simple syrup, lime juice and pomegranate juice in a cocktail shaker and shake over ice.
2. Strain into a glass, add rhubarb stalk for garnish.

*Rhubarb Simple Syrup:
1 Rhubarb Stalk, diced
2 Cups Sugar

1. Bring to a boil 2 cups water, 2 cups sugar and 1 rhubarb stalk. 
2. Remove from heat, let steep for 10 minutes, strain into a container and refrigerate.
