Elderflower Mojito
Ingredients:
- 1.75 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1.25 White Rum
- 0.75 oz Lime Juice
- 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
- 1.25 oz Soda Water
- 8 Mint
- Elderflower Blossom
Directions:
1. Pour St‑Germain, white rum, freshly squeezed lime juice, sugar and mint into a highball glass.
2. Add crushed ice and churn well.
3. Add more crushed ice and top with a splash of soda water.
4. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a bio-degradable straw.
