Elderflower Spritz
Ingredients:
- 2 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 3 oz Prosecco
- 1 oz Soda Water
- 2 Mint
- 1 Lemon
Directions:
1. Muddle the spirits and 1 mint sprig in the bottom of a wine glass.
2. Add the prosecco and soda water, and stir gently.
3. Garnish with the remaining mint sprig and lemon wheel.
