Wonderland
Ingredients:
- 3 oz Golden Wat Cognac
- 1 Dash Absinthe
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 1.5 oz Club Soda
Directions:
1. Add the ingredients (other than club soda) to a cocktail shaker with 2 large ice cubes. Shake thoroughly, for about 20 seconds or until the cocktail shaker feels cold to the touch.
2. Strain the cocktail into a tumbler glass.
3. Top with 1.5 oz club soda.
4. Garnish with a lemon wheel and star anise pod.
