Beefeater Strawberries & Coconut Cream
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Beefeater Pink
- 2 Scoops Coconut Ice Cream
- 2.5 oz Coconut Water
- 2 oz Strawberry Puree
- Top with Rose Wine
Directions:
1. Add strawberry puree to glass.
2. Blend Beefeater Pink, coconut ice cream, coconut water until just smooth
3. Pour over the puree
4. Top with champagne
5. If desired use a bar spook or metal straw to create layered bleeding affect
