
Elderflower Sour
Ingredients:
- 2oz Empress 1908 Gin
- 1oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1oz Lime Juice
- 1 Egg White
Directions:
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and dry shake (shake without ice). Add the ice and shake again. Serve in a coupe glass with an edible dry flower as a garnish.
