Dead Man's Curse
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Bourbon
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Orange Juice
High Priestess
Ingredients:
- 7.5 oz Vodka
- 7.5 oz Chambord
- 20 oz Ginger Beer
- 30 Raspberries
- Ice
- Ice
Directions:
* Dry ice is dangerous and should be handled with extreme caution and never consumed.
Place the raspberries in a pitcher and muddle them together. Add the vodka and Chambord to the pitcher and stir. Finally, add the ginger beer and one piece of dry ice. Pour mixture into a rocks glass over ice.
Spider Trap
Ingredients:
- 1.5oz Vodka
- .5oz Triple Sec
- .75oz Pomegranate Juice
- .5oz Lemon Juice
- .5oz Honey Syrup
- Top With Club Soda
Directions:
Preparation: Combine ingredients (except club soda) in mixing tin and shake vigorously, strain into a collins glass with fresh ice and top with club soda.
Garnish: Rosemary sprig, lemon wedge and pomegranate seeds throughout drink.
*Rosemary Infused Vodka:
750 ml Bottle of Vodka
5 sprigs of Fresh Rosemary
Preparation: Combine Rosemary and Vodka in a glass jar and let stand at room temperature for 72 hours and then strain.
Toil and Trouble
Ingredients:
- 2oz Brandy
- 0.75oz Cinnamon Simple Syrup
- 0.5oz Grapefruit Juice
- 0.5oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Blackberry Jam
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Directions:
Preparation: combine ingredients in a mixing tin with ice and shake hard, then strain into a rocks glass and top with crushed ice.
Garnish: Toasted cinnamon sticks (Toast cinnamon sticks with torch or over stove until they begin to smolder) and a few blackberries.
*Cinnamon Simple Syrup:
3 Cinnamon Sticks
2 c. Water
1.5 c. Sugar
Preparation: Combine cinnamon sticks and water in a small saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes, then remove cinnamon sticks and add sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved and then cool.

- .5oz Grapefruit Juice
- .25oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Honey
