Bourbon Cider Sour

Bourbon Cider Sour

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Jim Beam
  • 3 oz Apple Cider
  • 1.5 oz Orange Juice
  • 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Apple

Directions:

Combine the bourbon, apple cider, orange juice, and simple syrup. Stir. Serve over ice with an apple slice.

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Add ice. Shake vigorously for 8 - 10 seconds. Strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice. Garnish with thin apple slice, thyme sprig, star anise and cinnamon sprinkle. This cocktail can also be served hot. No ice needed.

Pumpkin Bourbon Cider

Pumpkin Bourbon Cider

Ingredients:

Directions:

Combine pumpkin puree, superfine sugar, sweet vermouth, bitters and lemon juice into a mixing glass. Stir until sugar is nearly dissolved. Add Basil Hayden’s Bourbon and ice. Stir well and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with dry hard cider. Garnish with grated nutmeg and a cinnamon stick.

1. Shake lemon juice, maple syrup and rye in a shaker with ice, and
pour into a rocks glass.
2. Top with apple cider and garnish with apple slices.

Directions:

1. Add the tequila and cider into a warmed Irish Coffee glass.
2. Top with a splash of heavy cream.
3. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a cinnamon stick.

*Hot spiced apple cider: Heat organic apple cider in a small saucepan over low heat. Add winter spices like cloves, cinnamon sticks, allspice and orange peel as desired. Cook for about 15 minutes and strain before using.
