Pear Collins
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Gin
- 2 oz Pear
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Club Soda
- Thyme
Pear Martini
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Absolut Pears
- 1.5 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
- 3 Pear
Autumn-tini
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Cruzan Aged Light Rum
- 1 oz Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur
- 3 Parts Pear Juice
- Sugar
- Cinnamon
- Cayenne Pepper
Longfellow's Word
Ingredients:
- 0.75 oz Maker's Mark Bourbon
- 0.75 oz St. George Pear Brandy
- 0.75 oz Allspice Dram
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 3 drops Vena's Bitter Armando
- 3 drops Cranberry Bitters
The Rum Ginger Pear Collins
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Rusticator Rum
- 0.5 oz Bartlett Pear Eau De Vie
- Twist Lime
- 0.75 oz Ginger Simple Syrup
- Side Simple Syrup
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- Dusting Nutmeg
- Pear
Directions:
Shake first four ingredients together strain into glass, top with club soda, garnish with a pear slice.
*Ginger Lime Syrup:
Ingredients:
1 Cups Granulated Sugar
1 Cups Water
0.75 Cups Sliced Ginger
1 (2-inch) Lime Zest Strips
0.25 Cup Lime Juice
Directions:
1. Bring all the ingredients to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Lower the heat and let simmer for 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
3. Cool, strain the solids, refrigerate and store for up to 30 days.
