Shake first four ingredients together strain into glass, top with club soda, garnish with a pear slice.

*Ginger Lime Syrup:
Ingredients:
1 Cups Granulated Sugar
1 Cups Water
0.75 Cups Sliced Ginger
1 (2-inch) Lime Zest Strips
0.25 Cup Lime Juice
Directions:
1. Bring all the ingredients to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Lower the heat and let simmer for 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
3. Cool, strain the solids, refrigerate and store for up to 30 days.
