Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Citron Vodka
- 0.5 oz Cointreau
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Cranberry Juice
Directions:
1. Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Strain into a large cocktail glass and garnish with a lime curl.
Pink & Tonic
Ingredients:
- 1 part Beefeater Pink
- 3 parts Tonic Water
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a glass with ice. Garnish with a slice of lemon or fresh berries.

The Raspberry Beret
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Plymouth Sloe Gin
- .25 oz Raspberry Liqueur
- .25 oz Bianco Vermouth
- .2 oz Cocchi Americano
- Mint
- Raspberries
Directions:
Add ingredients to mixing glass. Add stirring ice. Stir until chilled. Fine strain into chilled Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with Raspberry and mint sprig on a cocktail pick.
Lovely Rita
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Chambord
- 1½ oz El Jimador Blanco Tequila
- ¾ oz Pomegranate Juice
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- Sugar
- Pomegranate Juice
- Lime
- Raspberries
Directions:
Rim glass with sugar. Take a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Pour in Chambord, tequila, pomegranate juice, and lime juice. Now shake, shimmy, and strain into margarita or martini glass. Whatever takes your fancy. Add raspberry, lime, or pomegranate seeds to garnish.
