Dr. Pepper Vanilla Float
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Smirnoff Root Beer Float
- 3 oz Vanilla Ice Cream
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar. Garnish with an old fashioned striped straw.
Spiked Coconut Shake
Ingredients:
- 2 parts Rumchata
- 1 part Coconut Milk
- 1 part Coconut Rum
- 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
Directions:
Mix ice cream, RumChata and coconut milk in a blender and top with shaved coconut.
Strawberry Shake
Ingredients:
- 2 Parts Kahlua
- 1/2 Part Milk
- 1 Cup Strawberries
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
Directions:
2 Parts Kahlúa
½ Part Milk
1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
Buttered Rum Ice Cream Float
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 oz Dark Rum
- 4 oz Root Beer
- 2 TB Caramel
Directions:
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 4 oz bottle root beer
1 oz dark rum
2 TB salted caramel sauce, plus more for garnish
Cherry Cobbler Freeze
Ingredients:
- 1.5 Parts Svedka Cherry
- 0.5 Part Amaretto
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
- 0.5 Cup Ice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender, add ice and blend on high for 10-20 seconds. Pour into a chilled Coupe glass. Garnish with cured cherries and candied almonds staggered on a metal skewer.
Affogato Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 2.0 oz Dark Rum
- 1.5 oz Coffee
- 1 Scoop Gelato
Directions:
1. Place a scoop of the gelato in the center of a chilled martini glass.
2. Add the rum off to the side of the gelato, then pour the chilled coffee over it.
Orange Cream Pop Dream (OCPD)
Ingredients:
- 1 Part Orange Cream Pop Svedka
- 1 Part Orange Juice
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
- Orange
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender, adding 1/2 cup crushed ice last. Blend until smooth and pour into a hurricane glass. Garnish with an orange wedge and a scoop of ice cream.
Mudslide
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Coffee Liqueur
- 1.5 oz Vodka
- 1.5 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
- 3 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
Directions:
Mix the coffee liqueur, vodka, and Irish cream liqueur with vanilla ice cream and crushed ice in a blender. Pour the mixture into two hurricane glasses.
