Baileys Salted Caramel Martini

Baileys Salted Caramel Martini

Ingredients:

Serves: 2

1. A little at a time, spoon or pour the caramel sauce around the edges of two small coupe glasses, slowly so it drips and drizzles (1-2tsp per glass).
2. Add gold leaf (use a small dry paint brush).
3. Add the Baileys salted caramel and the rest of the caramel sauce to a cocktail shaker, mix with a spoon until smooth.
4. Add the vodka, cream and lots of ice, shake well to dissolve the caramel sauce, strain into the glasses.
5. Top with the chocolate.

1. Place a scoop of the gelato in the center of a chilled martini glass.
2. Add the rum off to the side of the gelato, then pour the chilled coffee over it.

Directions:

1. Coat the rim of a cocktail glass with sugar and set aside (do this a few minutes ahead so the sugar can dry and adhere well to the glass).
2. Add the vodka, triple sec, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
3. Strain into the prepared glass.

Ingredients:

Directions:

Place chocolate syrup in a shallow bowl or on a plate. Dip the rim of the cocktail glass in the chocolate, and put in the fridge to chill.
Add the Baileys, Frangelico, Kahlúa, heavy cream and honey syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into the prepared glass.
Garnish with freshly shaved Toblerone chocolate.

*For the honey syrup, mix 1:1 honey and hot water. Let cool and refridgerate for up to a month.
