Cold body? Hot Toddy!
Abbey Toddy
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Benedictine
- .5 oz Bourbon
- .5 oz Lemon Juice
- .25 oz Honey Syrup
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 4 oz Hot Water
- Lemon
Directions:
Add hot water into a footed glass mug to heat.
Add all ingredients into a shaker submerged in warm water to heat.
Once the mixture has warmed, discard the hot water from the mug and pour the mixture into the mug.
Top with 4 ounces hot water and stir to combine.
Garnish with a clove-studded lemon wheel.

Scotch Toddy
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Scotch
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 oz Hot Water
- Swatch of thin-cut Lemon
Directions:
Rinse a mug or heatproof cup with boiling water to warm it.
Add the sugar and a swatch of thin-cut lemon peel.
Add 1 ounce of boiling water and stir to dissolve the sugar.
Add the scotch.
Finish by adding 1 more ounce of boiling water to bring the heat back up.

English Toddy
Ingredients:
- 1.5oz Gin
- .5oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Honey
- Top with Tea
Hot Rum Toddy
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
- 4 oz Hot Water
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Honey Syrup
- 1 Slice Ginger
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 Lemon
Perfect Winter Hot Toddy
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Bourbon
- 1 quart Apple Cider
- 6 Cinnamon Stick
- 6 Star Anise
- Lemon
- 1 Apple
Directions:
Makes 4 cocktails
Place cider, cinnamon, and star anise in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook for 10 minutes until the liquid has reduced to about half. Add the lemon juice and bourbon and stir until thoroughly warmed.
Pour into 4 warmed mugs and garnish with star shaped apples, star anise, and cinnamon stick.
Après Tea Toddy
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Maker's Mark Bourbon
- 1 tsp Honey
- 5 Cloves
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tea bag Black Tea
Tea Toddy
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Dark Rum
- 2 tbs Honey
- 4 Star Anise
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Black Tea
- Orange
