Hot Rum Toddy
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
- 4 oz Hot Water
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Honey Syrup
- 1 Slice Ginger
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 Lemon

Pour all ingredients (apart from hot water) into glass/mug. Stir to combine, add hot water and serve.
Garnish: Lemon wheel and cinnamon stick
