Watermelon Cosmo
Ingredients:
- 4 oz Smugglers' Notch Vodka
- 1 oz Triple Sec
- 8 oz Watermelon Juice
- Whole Lime
Directions:
Instructions: Start by pureeing watermelon in a blender (no seeds or rind)...allow to cool in the fridge until it's almost frozen...combine Smugglers' Notch Vodka, Triple Sec, Watermelon Juice, and a fresh squeezed lime in a boston shaker with cracked ice...shake until well frosted on the outside...strain into a chilled glass...Enjoy
