Vodka & Lavender Lemonade
Ingredients:
- 6 cups Water
- 6 oz Vodka
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 3 tbsp Lavender
- 2 cups Lemon Juice
- Garnish Lemon
Directions:
Over medium heat, combine two cups of water and sugar, boil until sugar is dissolved.
Turn off of the heat and stir in honey and lavender.
Allow mixture to steep for 2 hours (steep for less time for a more subtle lavender flavor)
Strain the liquid, pressing the lavender down to squeeze out the liquid
In a large pitcher, combine freshly squeezed lemon juice, vodka, lavender mixture, and 4 cups of water.
If desired, add a couple drops of blue or purple food coloring
Serve over ice, garnish with lemon slices and lavender sprigs
