Thai Basil Gimlet
Ingredients:
- 5 Basil
- 2 oz Hendrick's Gin
- 0.75 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Directions:
1. Muddle 4 basil leaves (leaving one remaining for the garnish) in a cocktail shaker with a wooden spoon.
2. Add the gin, lime and simple syrup, then shake over ice.
3. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with the remaining basil leaf.
