Summer Solstice Sipper
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Maker's Mark Bourbon
- 1.5 oz Ginger Beer
- 1.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Strawberries
- 4 Basil
- 1 Dash Rhubarb Bitters
- 1 Garnish Strawberries
Directions:
Muddle strawberries and basil well. Add rhubarb bitters, lemon juice and Makers Mark Bourbon. Add ice and shake. Strain over ice in a highball glass. Add ginger beer and stir lightly. Garnish with a slice of strawberry.
