Stiggins Daiquiri
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Planteray ‘Stiggins Fancy’ Pineapple Rum
- 0.75 oz Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 - 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Directions:
Shake with ice until well-chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wheel or pineapple slice.
