Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Peligroso Anejo Tequila
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 1 Dash Sriracha
- 1 Tops Ginger Beer
- 1 Slice Pineapple
Directions:
Add ingredients into a shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into an iced-filled Collins glass.
Top with ginger beer.
Garnish with slice of pineapple.
