OCP Ginger Fizz
Ingredients:
- 1.5 Parts Orange Cream Pop Svedka
- 1 Part Cream
- 0.75 Part Lemon Juice
- 0.75 Part Ginger Syrup
- 0.5 Part Egg White
- Soda
- Orange Blossom Water
- Rock Candy
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except orange blossom water and soda, in a cocktail shaker and shake without ice. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a rock candy-rimmed martini glass.
Set aside one half of the cocktail shaker, without ice, to save the film left from the cream and egg. In the shaker, add 3 drops of orange blossom water combining it with the leftover film and add enough soda to create a foam. Top the drink with this foam until a head appears; the gently tap the base of the drink against a surface and finish with a dash of foam.
*Syrup Instructions: Use a juicer or extractor to press fresh ginger juice. Add equal parts of ginger and granulated sugar and simmer over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Let it cool before using.
