Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Bully Boy Rum Cooperative v.2
- 0.5 oz Bully Boy Rum Cooperative v.1
- 0.25 oz Three of Strong Merrymeeting Spiced Rum
- 0.5 Lillet Blanc
- 0.5 oz Honey Syrup
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 3 Dashes Bitters
- wash/atomize spritz Mezcal
Directions:
Rinse/atomize coupe glass with mezcal.
Combine rums, lillet, honey syrup and lemon in shaking tin over ice, shake until properly diluted, double strain into mezcal-rinsed coupe, garnish with expressed orange peel.
