Les Nuits Roses
Ingredients:
- 1.5 Sobieski Estate Vodka
- 1 oz Raspberry Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Yellow Chartreuse
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 3 Dashes Fee Brothers Plum Bitters
- Brut Champagne
- Raspberries
- 1 Thyme
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except Champagne into a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain and pour into a tumbler glass with ice. Top with Champagne. Garnish with raspberries frozen in medium sized ice cubes and a stick of thyme
