It’s Bitter to Be Hoppy
Ingredients:
- 1.5 Parts Auchentoshan American Oak Single Malt Scotch Whisky
- 0.5 Part Aperol
- 0.25 Part Grapefruit Juice
- 6 Dashes Bitters
- 2.5 Parts Ipa Beer
- Lemon
Directions:
Stir all ingredients and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
