Heart Of Gold
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Drambuie
- 0.5 oz Egg White
- Orange
- 1 Cherries
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
2. Fill with fresh ice and shake hard for 30-45 seconds
3. Un cap the shaker and double strain (with a tea strainer) the contents into the empty top of the shaker tin
4. Dump the spent ice and recap the tin, shaking the contents for another 5 seconds to further emulsify the drink
5. Pour into a double old fashioned glass and fill with fresh ice
6. Garnish with an orange peel wrapped around a cherry
