Grapefruit Campari Granita
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Vodka
- 1/2 Cup Campari
- 2 Cups Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Ice Water
Directions:
Pour ingredients into a flat pan and freeze for 3 hours. Remove from freezer and scrape with a fork every two hours until the desired texture has been reached. Serve in a glass with a sprig of mint or an ounce of good quality chilled vodka. (Serves 4)
