Gallios Humor
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Galliano
- 0.25 oz Absinthe
- 1 Dash Bitters
- 1 Cherries
Directions:
Rinse glass with 1/4 oz Absinthe, coating inside of glass. Toss excess absinthe.
Shake bourbon and Galliano over ice. Pour into glass.
Top with sparkling water.
Add 1 dash Angostura bitters.
Garnish with cherry.
