Paper Plane
Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon
- 3/4 oz Aperol
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz Montenegro Amaro
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a shaker of ice and stir until cold.
Strain into a rocks glass.
Express the oils of a swath of lemon, rub around the rim of the glass, and add to the cocktail.
