Espresso Chai-tini
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Kahlua
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Chai Syrup
- 1 oz Espresso
- 1 oz Milk
- Garnish Star Anise
- 4 Chai Tea
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Water
Directions:
Martini:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake for 1 minute, or until chilled. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with star anise.
Chai Syrup:
Bring 1/2 cup of water to a boil. Add the tea bags, remove from heat, cover, and allow to infuse for about 5 minutes. Strain into another small pot, add the honey and spices and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes, remove from heat and cool.
