Bird of Paradise
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
- 0.75 oz Campari
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Turbinado Syrup
Directions:
1. Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with 2 large ice cubes.
2. Shake for around 20 seconds, or until the shaker feels cold to the touch.
3. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube, and garnish with a pineapple frond.
