Colada Island Time
Ingredients:
- 2 Parts Colada Svedka
- 0.75 Part Lime Juice
- Simple Syrup
- Brown Sugar
- 6 - 8 Leaves Mint
- Club Soda
Directions:
Place 1 brown sugar cube in the glass and cover with a splash of club soda. Cover with mint leaves and muddle to break the sugar and club soda into a paste without tearing the leaves. Add lime juice, simple syrup, and crushed ice until 3/4 full. Add SVEDKA Colada and swizzle. Add more crushed ice until conical. Garnish lavishly with coconut shaving and mint sprigs.
