Coconut Snowbank
Ingredients:
- 3 oz Malibu Rum
- 2 oz Coconut Milk
- 4 to 6 Ice Cubes
- Rim Coconut Flour
Directions:
Add the rum, milk, and ice cubes to a blend and mix to a slushy consistency. Roll the rim of a chilled cocktail glass in some Malibu rum and then roll in coconut flour. Fill the glass with the blended drink.
