Citrus Peach Shrub
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Jim Beam Peach Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 oz Peach
- .5 oz Lemon Juice
- .5 oz Sweet Vermouth
- .25 oz Campari
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a lowball glass filled with fresh ice and garnish with a slice of dried fruit or rosemary. Enjoy!
