Black Beauty Mojito
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 3 to 4 Mint
- 2 to 3 Blackberries
- Juice of half Lime
- 2 to 3 oz Soda Water
- Dash Aromatic Bitters

Muddle the fresh blackberries, fresh mint leaves, simple syrup and the juice of half a lime. Add the rum and shake over ice.
Strain into an ice filled rocks glass and top with soda water to taste.
