Bimini Snowbird
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Bimini Gin
- 1 oz Coco Lopez
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- Club Soda
- Angostura Bitters
Directions:
Combine gin, coconut, and lime in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 5 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add a splash of seltzer or club soda. Using a dropper and a toothpick, “decorate” your cocktail with the Angostura Bitters.
