Bimini Kind of Blue
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Bimini Gin
- 0.5 oz Honey
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 droppers Owl & Whale Blueberry Phosphate
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, holding a mesh strainer between shaker and glass to remove ice chips. Garnish with lemon peel and blueberries on a cocktail pic.
