Autumn Fizz
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 Egg White
- 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz Agave Nectar
- Apple Cider
- Nutmeg
- Sage
Directions:
Pour gin into a shaker, add lemon juice, egg white and agave nectar. Dry shake (without ice) for 10 seconds, then add ice and shake for 30 seconds. Pour into a coupe glass. Top with sparkling cider, and garnish with fresh sage and a dash of cinnamon.
