Apples and Bourbon
Ingredients:
- 0.25 - 0.75 oz Maker's Mark Bourbon Infused With Apples
- 0.5 oz Aperol
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Honey
- 1 Dash Maple Bitters
- 1 Slice Apple
- 1 Sprig Thyme
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake vigorously.
3. Strain over ice into a rocks glass.
4. Garnish with thyme sprig and apple slice.
*For infused Maker's Mark, let 1 cup Maker's Mark rest in a covered container with 1 cubed apple for 24 hours.
