Rum of all types were a prized commodity for the hardworking and far from home seafarers in the days of sail. Our crisp and bright white rum is named after Tashtego, one of the harpooners penned in the classic seafaring tale “Moby Dick”. With it we carry on the rich rum making tradition of Portland, Maine by distilling Tashtego in pot stills. With hints of vanilla, butter and almonds and a wisp of smoke, we offer you a bold and refreshing rum.
