What's in a Negroni?
The Negroni is an Italian cocktail that has surged in popularity in the last few years. Named after Italian Count Camillo Negroni, who reportedly ordered the (then common) Milano-Torino which is equal parts red vermouth and campari with extra gin: 'I need more alcohol in my alcohol'. Now found at every hip bar in the US, there are many creative twists on this cocktail classic, but the original is simply this: Gin, Campari, Vermouth, soda and an orange twist. Check out these Negroni recipes and learn how to make the classic or one of our fresh takes.
