Irish Wedding
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
- 1.5 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
- 0.5 oz Galliano
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Directions:
1. Stir ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, strain into a coupe glass.

Proper Irish Coffee
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey
- 4 oz Coffee
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 to 3 oz Heavy Cream
Directions:
1. In a shaker or jar, shake or whip heavy cream until slightly thickened (not completely stiff).
2. In a mug, add Proper No. Twelve Whiskey, hot coffee, and simple syrup.
3. Stir.
4. Carefully layer on top the thickened heavy cream until it covers the drink.
5. Optional grating of nutmeg on top.
West Cork Irish Punch
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz West Cork Irish Whiskey
- 0.5 oz St. Elder Blood Orange Liqueur
- Top with Orange Juice
Directions:
Mix ingredients in a low ball glass and stir. Garnish w/orange wheel and mint leaves.
