12 Year Old Rare Casks is a true expression of Master Blender Joy Spence's passion. A blend of rare hand-selected pot and column still rums crafted with limestone-filtered water, all aged for a minimum of 12 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica.

For over 200 years, according to its secret ancient recipe, Amaro Ramazzotti has been the result of a perfect blend of 33 herbs, spices, flowers and fruits from all over the world, giving it an intense and balanced flavour, to be enjoyed alone or in cocktails.

A blend of young and 5 year old bourbons, it drinks remarkably well, like a fine “older” bourbon should. Filled in a patented, specialty baseball decanter, this bourbon makes a great sipping spirit.
