‘Pommeau’ is a traditional aperitif made in northwestern France that blends Calvados with apple juice which is then aged in oak. Maine’s regional fruit is unquestionably the wild blueberry. Following the traditional French method we have produced a new regional specialitythat is as traditional as it is new, and as delicious as it is intriguing. À votre santé!
