Add the Creme de Cassis to a flute and top with Champagne.

Garnish with a raspberry and a lemon twist.

  • 1 oz Gin
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3 oz Champagne

Directions:

Add gin, syrup and lemon to a cocktail shaker.
Add ice, shake well and fine strain into a flute.
Top with champagne.
