Shake Maker's Mark Bourbon, chamomile/blueberry syrup, lime juice and egg whites with ice, then double-strain into a tall glass with ice. Top with soda water and then gently push down and stir twice with a bar spoon. Muddle the cucumber in a shaker. Add remaining ingredients and ice. Shake vigorously and double strain into a tall glass with ice. Garnish with cucumber zig-zags and fresh blueberries.

*Chamomile/blueberry syrup: Boil 16 oz. of water with 4 chamomile tea bags for 10 minutes. Remove the tea bags, then add 1 cup of blueberries and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the blueberries, remove pot from heat, add 3/4 cup of sugar and stir until sugar dissolves, then let the syrup cool.

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain and add a few dashes of bitters. Garnish with grapefruit wedge and mint leaf.

1. Add a small amount of sweet vermouth to a coupe glass, swirl it around to coat the inside of the glass, then discard. This is referred to as a "rinse".
2. Add the vodka, lemon juice, orange wheel, simple syrup and egg white to a cocktail shaker. Shake first without ice, also known as the "dry shake".
3. Add ice and shake again until the cocktail shaker is frosty.
4. Strain into the coupe glass. Garnish with a few drops of orange bitters on the frothy head of the cocktail.
